DESCRIPTION

Ce cours de 18 heures est destiné aux étudiants en troisième année en droit et en économie à la Faculté Libre de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion à Paris (Section Bi-Licence). Il est dispensé en anglais. Son but est d'exposer les étudiants aux contrastes entre les sociétés autant traditionnelles que modernes en Asie et en Amérique par rapport à l'expérience européenne. Les travaux des étudiants et les discussions pendant les cours tourneront autour de textes en anglais. Une compilation d'articles en anglais sur les relations entre l'économie et l'éthique, la morale et le droit sera distribuée aux économistes et mise à la disposition des étudiants en droit dans la bibliothèque.
