DESCRIPTION

Ce cours de 18 heures est destiné aux étudiants en troisième année en droit et en économie à la Faculté Libre de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion à Paris (Section Bi-Licence). Il est dispensé en anglais. Son but est d'exposer les étudiants aux contrastes entre les sociétés autant traditionnelles que modernes en Asie et en Amérique par rapport à l'expérience européenne. Les travaux des étudiants et les discussions pendant les cours tourneront autour de textes en anglais.
